FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

General Fuel Qualifications

How do I know the fuel is of quality grade?

The proper and timely delivery of clean, dry, pure fuel is our primary goal. It would be an understatement to say that we take this very serious around here. The journey of aviation fuel from crude to aircraft is relatively consistent throughout the industry. The difference is in the people.

At Business Jet Center we manage the product and the equipment with a fanatical commitment to quality assurance. The fuel is tested many times for content and contamination before it gets to your plane. It’s tested at the point of origin, again before it goes into our fuel farm, and from there it’s tested and sumped every single day. The fuel is filtered at every step of the process, every time it moves. At Business Jet Center, it is filtered as it goes into the farm, again as it goes into a refueler, and again when it goes from refueler truck into your aircraft. Coalescers and separators remove moisture from the product. If anything were to happen where water becomes detected, the refueler trucks automatically stop the flow of fuel. At Business Jet we say, “if it isn’t documented, it didn’t happen.” There’s no room for a cut corner when lives are at stake. We check our product and our equipment continuously, without fail.  At Business Jet Center we proudly partner with Phillips 66 Aviation. Their legendary quality control and education help to equip us to deliver the best fuel on the market. This non-stop dedication to the safety of your passengers, crew, cargo, and airplane makes it possible for you to rest easy knowing that we never will.
