Construction of the 49,000 sq. ft. structure wrapped up this week and tenants are expected to begin occupying the space immediately. The newest hangar is fully leased and is located on the northeast corner of their approximately 33-acre leasehold. This addition marks BJC’s 15th hangar spanning two campuses.
BJC continues to experience significant demand for hangar space and is now in a position to accommodate an increased number of clients looking to base their aircraft with the leading provider of FBO services at KDAL. With 28-foot tall doors, the new hangar will be able to accommodate multiple aircraft as large as a Gulfstream 650 or Global Express, in addition to offering ample ramp space.
